If you are a designer with at least 3 years of practical experience (whether drawing pigeons for yourself or working at a company) please do send us a sample portfolio with your work and we will be delighted to embrace a new creative soul. Please be aware that oneFuzz is not a place to learn how to design, it's a place for constant improvement of your existing skills; thus while agency experience might not be important, knowing how to design is.. a point to consider when sending us your work in.

Few requirements:

creative:

A perfect handling of Adobe Creative Suite is a must (Photoshop & Illustrator! - we are good at it, so your work or the first job will reveal your actual skills...)

A spot-on eye and sense of style for tedious print layout (ie.magazines) or just print layout (print ads, brochures, etc etc)
or web layout (we are aware that one can't be equally good at both, so please stress your stronger side - print or web

Creative / conceptual mind - obviously... useful when designing logos, coming up with ideas for ad campaign, for instance


organizational & management:

perfect time management skills are of prime importance, as multitasking can't be avoided in creative & development industry
- hard skin - ability to remaining calm under stressful work conditions (ie. meeting tight deadlines) is quite useful (for your own sake)
finlay, professional approach towards work is required at all times; thus taking strict directions and meeting clients' needs sometimes is more important than your own preference of colour, shading, typeface, etc
a person who can adapt and mingle with the team and environment fast and painlessly is preferred...
